E-Myth
I bought Michael Gerber's newest book E-Myth Mastery a while back. In case you aren't familiar with his work, you might want to check out the E-Myth Mastery website. Michael has been talking about small businesses since 1976. He has some really good ideas. Some of which I'll share with you in another post.
